Reaching retirement is a great achievement in life. And, as a token of Weyerhaeuser’s appreciation, we give a plaque to employees who are retirement eligible*.

Description:
Plaques are made from a tree slice approximately 7 inches in diameter and are laser-cut with recipient name, number of service years and CEO signature. They are crafted from Elmwood and include a pre-installed hanger and easel for display. Items arrive in a gift box.

It's easy to order!

• Recipient's name
• Years of service
• Name and shipping address of person to receive plaque

2. You will receive a confirmation email with order details.

Payment & Shipping

• Product will ship within 3-4 weeks from date of order.
